GENERAL INFORMATION

Purchase Order Acknowledgements

Each purchase order will be acknowledged by either e-mail or telephone.

Art Requirements

Customer will provide art in Vector EPS or .ai Adobe Illustrator CS2 or .pdf. Outline all fronts and PMS/Pantone colors used.

E-mail Proofs

Upon request Mike Brothers will provide 1st proof and 1 revision at no charge. Additional revisions are subject to $10 per revision. Virtual art can be created for an additional fee (QUR).

Catalogs & Product Samples

Catalogs are available at no charge. Random Samples can be sent upon request using a provided shipping account.

Cancellations or Changes

Only by written request can a change or cancellation be made. Any request for a change or cancellation may be subject to charges incurred at the time of request.

Import Die Charges and Mold Chargers

Dies and Molds are valid for 3 years from the date of the original purchase order.

Colors

 NO guarantee for PMS color matching. We will make every effort to utilize the PMS colors submitted with purchase order.

Return Policy

Returns apply to stock items only. Any return request must be made within fifteen days of ship date and 15% re-stocking charge applies for returns of stock merchandise.

Shipping

FOB St. Paul, MN for most import shipments.

Production Times and Shipping Dates

Import production time starts within 24 hours of the final artwork being approved and once the purchase order and any required payment is received. Supplier is not responsible for domestic carrier or weather delays.

Domestic production begins from the time of artwork / proof approval which is considered zero day of production if received by 1pm central time.

Pricing

The raw material costs vary from year to year due to monetary changes in the world market. Prices are subject to change at any moment and without notice.

Reorders

Please reference your previous P/O number and our sales order number, if available.

Rush Orders

Please call for quotation and availability.

Terms

New customers are required to submit a 50% deposit with their order. The remaining 50% is due before order is released for shipping. Net 30 approved after approved credit. 

Company checks are preferred, however credit card payments are accepted but has additional 3% processing fee added to the final invoice.

International Shipping

Shipments going to countries outside the U.S. are subject to a $175.00 (a) International Document preparation charge.

Shipping and Handling

Each Shipment is subject to a $5.50 handling fee plus shipping cost. Split shipments will be charged $5 per address

Drop shipments are capped at 5 addresses unless otherwise discussed and quoted.

Trademarks

The logos, names, and trademarks shown on our website and in our catalog are not for sale. They are examples and not for redistribution. Mike Brothers, LLC understands that clients are authorized to use logos and trademarks submitted for reproduction.

Compliance Check if order is intended for children

Orders for items, by virtue of their design or imprint, that are intended for use by, or distribution to, children 12 years old or younger, are required to be individually tested by a certified laboratory according to the provisions of the CPSIA act of 2008. Shipping to CA will have a prop 65 warning label added to each master bag as required by CA State Law.
